Meteo Interactive

Sources and attributions

We disclose sources so visitors can understand where the data comes from and what it represents.

City pages request forecasts from Open-Meteo in the browser, while the base map credits OpenStreetMap. Current situation uses RainViewer for radar, Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) WMS services for available ICON and nowcast layers, and NASA GIBS for observational satellite imagery. Tomorrow.io remains an optional integration and is inactive without a separately configured licensed service. Coverage, licences, schedules and continuity are controlled by each provider.

External services, data, and usage terms

To provide certain features, your browser may contact external services named on this page, for example to retrieve weather data, maps, or technical resources. The provider section explains which domains may receive requests and displays the attributions required for their material. Availability and licensing describe different things: a service can be temporarily unreachable while its content remains licensed for an approved use, or remain online while imposing limits on copying and redistribution. Coverage, update frequency, terms, and reliability are controlled by each provider. Meteo Interactive does not replace their notices and cannot promise uninterrupted access to third-party systems.

Forecasts describe likely scenarios and do not replace alerts or official authority communications.
